The CPSC issued a product-safety warning dated August 6, 2026, for CiuseiAnx infant walkers, including model A001. The notice says about 544 units were sold on Amazon from April through June 2026, and the item may also have been sold by other sellers.
The agency says the walkers can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step, violating the mandatory safety standard for infant walkers. CPSC says it is aware of seven fall incidents, six resulting in head injuries and/or hospitalizations.
This is a CPSC warning, not a notice that a recall was accepted: the agency says the firm has not agreed to an acceptable recall. CPSC urges consumers to stop using the walkers immediately, dispose of them, and not sell or give them away.
