CPSC announced the SHEIN Distribution Corporation recall on September 3, 2026, covering about 963 spiral toys. The agency says the toys contain small balls, are intended for children under three and violate the small-ball ban, creating a choking hazard.
The toy has stacked colored platforms in three-, five- or seven-level versions and several yellow plastic balls. CPSC also describes a version with a bull head and basket; the package includes SKU sl25013088678574868.
CPSC says the toys were sold on SHEIN.com from September 2025 through May 2026 for $6 to $16 and reports no injuries or incidents.
The dated notice tells consumers to stop using the toy, take it away from children and contact SHEIN for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to confirm that the whole toy, including the small balls, was disposed of.
