  1. Write one page, six sections: approved tools · the never-share data list (R5.1) · what needs human approval (R2, R3) · content review rule (R7.1) · payment verification rule (R8.1) · who owns AI (R1.2).
  2. Have every staff member read and sign it.
  3. Revisit it when tools change, at least yearly.
